At Printive.in, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our printing services. However, we understand that circumstances may require cancellations or refunds. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Production Begins: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided production has not started. A full refund will be issued.
  • After Production Starts: Once the order has entered the printing or manufacturing process, cancellations are not possible due to the customization involved.
  • Custom Orders: Orders with personalized or customized designs cannot be canceled once confirmed.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Since we provide custom-printed products, returns are generally not accepted. However, in the following cases, we offer replacement or reprints:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives with printing defects, damage, or incorrect specifications due to our fault, we will offer a free reprint or replacement.
  • Wrong Item Received: If the product received is different from what was ordered, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.

Conditions for Replacements:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing us at Support@printive.in with clear images of the defect or issue.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Order Canceled Before Production: If you cancel within the allowed period, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Product Not Delivered: If your order is lost in transit and confirmed as undeliverable, a full refund will be processed.
  • Quality Issues: If we determine that a refund is appropriate instead of a reprint, we will process it within 7-10 business days after approval.

Note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
