1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Bulk orders or highly customized products may take 5-7 business days for processing.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options across India:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (Additional charges apply)
Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.
- Free shipping is available on orders above a certain amount ₹300
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor the shipment status on our website or courier partner’s portal.
5. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within India. However, we are working on expanding to international locations soon.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@printive.com.
- In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
7. Address Accuracy
- Customers must ensure the shipping address provided is correct and complete.
- Printive is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
